For safety reasons, the battery cannot be fully charged before shipping. Please fully charge your JumpStarter before using it for the first time. This is the only way to ensure that the device will function properly and has the capacity it needs to start engines.

Please also note that the charge level indicator is only fully calibrated after the second charging process. Before that, it will not show the correct values.
