RFID card protection against skimming

How does Skimming Blocker work?
When someone with an NFC reader comes close to you, the electromagnetic field from the NFC reader immediately activates the Skimming Blocker.
It sends out a jamming signal, making all other cards "invisible" to the reader.
The card blocks HF RFID signals at 13.56 MHz, completely without batteries.
